Genuinely one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. Asked her not to file the previous gel off, just let it soak, but she did not listen. Did not clean nail off after adequately after removing polish and before putting the new on so there is stuff baked into the new manicure. It’s generally messy looking and unevenly shaped. I appreciated the offer to redo it but I couldn’t sit there for another 45 minutes while they redo the whole manicure. -

I came in for a gel mani and pedi. I wasn’t given the color book until my nails were getting worked on and I found out later that I was only given the selections that had the upcharged prices for polish. Then one of the ladies who didn’t finish my nails only started them broke one of my nails while filing and blamed me for it… and I got charged to fix her mistake. Fun times. -

My nails are perfectly done how I asked, my toes/feet too. Ingrown toenails excised gently and I have no more pain! When I walked in I was greeted with smiles ???? and they remembered my name. When I said yes to whether I'd like a water, I was given LA Croix ????‼️ It's a self care necessity. I highly recommend this location, in the Riviera Village. Thank you! -

Excellent work on a basic mani and pedi. I messed up a nail before leaving, and Mia promptly got up from another pedicure to fix it. The salon is clean and very professional. -

Donna was too rough with most of the tools even with the towel at the end . And left a piece of hair on the nail polish. :( -
