May and Crystal are amazing! So sweet and great nail techs. However, I had an appointment at 3:15pm and had to wait 45 min. thought it might have been professional and generous, since I've been coming here for a while, to at least give me something for my time. Maybe some kind of discount or maybe a discount for the future.Walk-in

Hello Bliss - the manager did not smile or welcome me when I entered the salon. He was unfriendly and curt. I was inclined to leave immediately and I should have. Not one person in the salon smiled or made my feel welcome. The manager was super inflexible and was not willing to even listen to my request - I wanted a french manicure but did not want acetone used on my nails to shape the white line after the base coat was applied. Because what is the point if applying base coat and then putting acetone on the nails what removes the base coat? This is a very reasonable request. He was super annoyed by my request and treated me like a criminal. I am a customer, not an enemy. Not only did I explain what I was asking for - I showed him on my nail. He said in a hostile way > we wont do that > my question is why? It is easy to do any other salons are happy to help me . I did one nail myself to show him and because he refused to help me, after I sat down, I started to do my other nail tips myseld during my pedicure since I now had one nail done - the one I did myself to show him. At which point he literally yelled at me during the pedicure in the middle of the salon. Then it was obvious the others working in the salon were complaining about me. It is a shame because the salon is in a nice location and has a good aesthetic. Ultimate Kathy gave a decent pedicure - it looks good and I would come back but for the nasty, very unhelpful and unfriendly atmosphere. Greeting customers and smiling costs nothing and goes a long way to ensure success. How disappointing!Kristina

Hi. I’d like a refund on my daughter’s manicure. She just took a bath and the polish came off 3 of her fingers. It lasted less than 2.5 hours. Please advise. I also thought the amount of times in the gel drier was excessive. It was over 6 times, each hand & both hands still feel very hot. It’s normally no more than 3 times.Nancy Hunt
